- Check for announcements on the Volunteer Portal and your email for notices of downtime.
- A simple reboot of your device will solve many problems. (Make sure you save first!)
- Give yourself plenty of time to record and submit before your first airtime.
- Use AINC approved recording software (Audacity)
- Make sure your browsers, software, and computer are on the newest software updates.
